Situated in the Kedungu area, these two villa units are almost identical. Showcasing a Japandi design style, the villas are intended for sale with a broad range of potential customers in mind. While the Japanese - Scandinavi an style is quite common in the marketplace, we believe incorporating tropical design elements has enhanced the property's appeal, making it more enticing in terms of both aesthetics and comfort.
Since the property is designed for a diverse rang e of buyers, we have tailored the design to suit both short - term and long - term residents, ensuring it is visually pleasing and well - suited for family living. Each unit features two bedrooms located on the first floor, while the ground floor focuses on comm unal areas and activities. By omitting parking space for cars, the ground floor becomes more spacious than similar - sized properties, allowing for a displayable kitchen island and a generous pool terrace. Given that all bedrooms are situated on the first fl oor, we incorporated a balcony for each room to add value, compensating for their distance from the entrance.
After several site visits and material samples, we decided on an overall cream - toned palette, which allows the bold wood tones of the furniture to blend in while also standing out. Additionally, prioritizing the user and guest perspective led us to enhance key design elements, such as the marble kitchen island and the Venus tile wall in the powder room, making them focal points of the space.
